How you meet people
You talk in group chats and groups, go to the same events, and add each other as friends if you both want to. There’s no swiping, and your feed is in time order.

Safety tools
Meeting someone for the first time? Start a Date Check-in: if you haven’t tapped “I’m safe” by the time you set, your Trusted Circle gets an alert. You can block people and report posts, comments, messages and profiles. A person decides every report, and people who harass others can be restricted, suspended or removed.

Who sees your posts
You pick the audience for each post: Friends, Friends of friends, Inner circle or Only me. A post in a group is only seen by that group’s members.

Start a group for lesbians in your city or around a hobby, public or private. Post a game night or a book club as an event and see who’s going, or talk in a live audio room.

Is Luney a dating app for lesbians?
No. Luney is for group chats, communities, events and friends. You might meet a partner on Luney, but there’s no swiping through people.
Is Luney free?
Yes. Luney is free to download and use, and there are no ads. VIP is an optional monthly or yearly subscription with extras such as animated avatars, bigger uploads and styled display names. The safety tools are free for everyone.
Who can join Luney?
Anyone 18 or older in the LGBTQIA+ community, and allies too. Luney isn’t only for women, but a group can ask people to request to join and answer a few questions before they’re let in.
