What’s in the app
-
What you can do
Join groups with posts and a chat. Message people directly, with reactions and pinned messages. Add friends and keep an inner circle for the closest ones. RSVP to events, drop into live audio rooms and post short reels. Your profile shows your pronouns and identity labels.
-
Free, for adults, with no ads
Luney is free on the App Store and Google Play, for people 18 and over, and there are no ads. VIP is an optional subscription with extras such as animated avatars, bigger uploads and styled display names.
-
Privacy settings
You choose who sees each post, and you can hide yourself from search. App Lock puts a PIN on the app, and screenshots of Luney come out black. Luney never asks for your phone’s location. In Settings › Privacy you can download your data or delete your account, and you have 30 days to change your mind by signing back in.
-
How moderation works
A person decides every report. If Luney staff warn you, suspend you, limit what you can do or remove something you posted, it’s listed in Settings › Account Activity, and you can appeal most decisions from there. The Open book publishes moderation counts, support reply times and legal requests.
